Megan Ray, RN

Megan is an additional RN support to The Bardo team as well as assistant to the director. She is driven by a heartfelt commitment to hospice and end‑of‑life care. After many years in the finance industry, she felt called to shift her professional path toward nursing following the compassionate and meaningful support her family received during her grandmother’s passing. Megan finds purpose in providing comfort, connection, and compassionate care to others.

Personally, she is a dedicated mother to two teenage daughters and enjoys a rich life with her partner, filled with travel, game nights, and dinners with friends and family.
