Discover a Creative Healing Journey

This workshop is designed to help those struggling with grief find solace and healing through creativity. Over four weeks, you will embark on a journey of self-discovery, connecting with nature and your inner self as you create beautiful grief mandalas, known as Morning Altars.

Nature Walks and Material Gathering:

Spend time walking in nature, gathering materials that resonate with your journey and emotions.

Creating Grief Mandalas:

Learn to create Morning Altars, a meditative practice that channels your emotions into a tangible, beautiful form.

 

Guided Facilitation:

Receive guidance from an experienced end-of-life doula and arts-based creative navigator, trained by Day Schildkret, the founder of Morning Altars.

 

Embracing Nature's Gifts:

Connect with the land at Mend and receive the natural gifts it offers, enriching your mandala-making experience.
