About the event

Ben Flattum

When confronted with major life changes, we tend to become uncertain and ungrounded, often because of our conscious and subconscious beliefs about dying and death. Designed to support community members in transition, this psycho-educational support group will meet one evening per week for eight weeks. Each week will cover a different theme to help participants explore and face their core beliefs and ideas about death while they are still alive—helping them to make sense of, prepare for and navigate periods of change.
