Guided by Certified End of Life Doula and Certified Morning Altars ™ Facilitator Sandy Agustin, we'll embrace the beauty of nature with the practice of Morning Altars. Using nature as our canvas, we will gently wander, collect leaves, seeds, and other natural offerings to create altars and give back to those we love. This meditative and artistic practice deepens our connection with both life and the natural world, offering a mindful space for reflection and creativity.

Then we'll join together for an enriching conversation about living until it's over. Open-ended & safe, in a cozy space. A cup of tea. A treat. Nature listening as well as a few kindred spirits to wonder together about life and death. No agenda. This is open to all, led by a BIPOC facilitator and with an awareness of the varying experiences of all backgrounds.
