About the event

You are invited to join us for a 12-week support group as we navigate the grieving process together. Grief is a deeply personal experience that deserves understanding and community.

In our group, we embrace grief not as a problem to be solved, but as a process to be carried with compassion and support. This unique space is crafted specifically for men, acknowledging our tendencies towards action and movement. Here, we provide avenues for expressing grief that resonate with our experiences and needs.

What can you expect from our group? We blend education about ways to process grief with open sharing and listening, working to create a safe environment for each person’s story of loss. Nature plays a therapeutic role in our sessions, and we are fortunate to incorporate the presence of horses from the land at Mend and the expansive land at Bardo, adding a unique dimension to our healing journey.

Join us as we learn about the emotions and energy held within us during this profound chapter of grief. Together, we will find strength, understanding, and hope. We look forward to walking this path with you.
