About the event

Men's Grief Circle — A Monthly Gathering on the Land

Grief doesn't ask permission — and it doesn't care how strong you are. Bardo's monthly Men's Grief Circle is a safe, supported space for men to come together, slow down, and be held in their loss.

Led by grief specialist Kelly Grosklags, each gathering draws on the healing power of nature and the extraordinary presence of horses — animals who sense what we carry and meet us there without judgment. Together, these elements create conditions that are rare and deeply needed: a place where men can let their guard down, connect with one another, and move through grief in community.

No experience necessary. No expectations. Just an open door and steady ground beneath your feet.

Light lunch will be provided.

Donations help us to continue this work -- give what you can.

Hosted by Bardo on the Mend land at the barn, a community garden space— a nonprofit residential end-of-life home rooted in the belief that every part of the dying and grieving journey deserves compassionate support.
