This four-part course over two weekends will cover the philosophical and theoretical background of Tibetan medicine practices, how the body is formed and developed, and how it degenerates at the end of life. It also introduces the concept of The Bardo, the “intermediate state” between lives. Participants will explore contemplative practices surrounding death and dying, along with several Buddhist death rituals.
