About the event
The Winter can be difficult for those who have suffered loss or experience grief. Come spend a morning journaling, enjoying chair massage, crafting, and choosing from a variety of land-based experiences.
We will have coffee, tea, and snacks.
Our team is experienced in grief and loss and will support conversation and coffee/tea circle in addition to offering self-care.
This is a free event, but a ticket is encouraged for an accurate head count.
