We will be holding a special gathering focused on the importance of advance care directives. Children are welcome, and can take advantage of our child space while important conversations are taking place. We will have childcare available. In the absence of an advance care directive, family members and care teams will pursue all interventions for life sustaining treatment. The goal is to complete a form that allows you to have your wishes honored.
