About the event

This year's Minnesota Health and Palliative Care conference will dive into the topic "Charting New Paths: Shaping the Future of Hospice & Palliative Care." This is an inspiring topic to us at The Bardo as we are working to bring Minnesota the first Omega Home, a model of end-of-life care which provides social support to people on hospice.

The Bardo will host a Lunch and Learn session where we will highlight this innovative model of care!

The event is registration-only but we will be keeping Friends of the Bardo up to date via social media and through recapping. In the future we look forward to sharing the presentation with guests.
