How Care Works

Care at The Bardo is a collaboration:

  • Guests remain under the care of their chosen hospice provider for all medical needs

  • Hospice teams (nurses, aides, social workers, chaplains) visit regularly

  • We follow hospice care plans and physician orders

Our role is to provide:

  • 24/7 presence and support

  • a stable, nurturing environment

  • holistic care for guests and families

For Families

You are welcome here

  • Family and close friends are welcome to visit freely

  • Overnight accommodations available for 1–2 people

  • Especially encouraged in the final days and hours

We support not only the person who is dying, but those who are walking alongside them.
